ICT Contracts and Information Officer 
Grade 6, £33,699 up to £38,220 per annum pro rata
37 hours per week, full time, permanent 

Are you someone who enjoys organising information, building strong relationships, and making sure things run smoothly behind the scenes? We’re looking for an ICT Contracts and Information Officer to help us manage our ICT contracts, documentation and compliance processes, ensuring the council receives high-quality, cost-effective services that support our communities.

What you’ll be doing

In this varied and rewarding role, you will:

  • Lead on the management of ICT contract lifecycles: reviewing, renewing, negotiating and ensuring full compliance with public procurement rules. 
  • Work closely with suppliers, legal, procurement and internal teams to make sure our ICT services deliver real value.
  • Maintain accurate ICT documentation, configuration records and asset information so colleagues have what they need when they need it. 
  • Coordinate responses to Freedom of Information (FOI) requests related to ICT, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
